為深入推進(jìn)蘇豪控股集團(tuán)全球化戰(zhàn)略布局，強(qiáng)化境外業(yè)務(wù)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力，現(xiàn)公開招募專業(yè)律所，組建“境外業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域律師庫”，為集團(tuán)在亞洲、歐洲、非洲、美洲、大洋洲等地區(qū)的投資、貿(mào)易、項(xiàng)目合作等業(yè)務(wù)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)法律服務(wù)支持。具體事項(xiàng)通知如下：
一、申報(bào)條件
（一）地域范圍：亞洲、歐洲、非洲、美洲、大洋洲具備合法執(zhí)業(yè)資質(zhì)，熟悉當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)及政策環(huán)境。（注：每家律所最多申請(qǐng)5個(gè)國家（地區(qū)）
（二）資質(zhì)條件
執(zhí)業(yè)資質(zhì)：律所成立年限不低于5年，具備所在國家/地區(qū)的律師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，須擁有良好聲譽(yù)及豐富的國際業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并在至少3個(gè)國家（地區(qū)）設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)。申報(bào)入庫的律所需明確一位負(fù)責(zé)人，聯(lián)系對(duì)接相關(guān)工作。
專業(yè)領(lǐng)域：重點(diǎn)覆蓋跨境投資并購、國際貿(mào)易、工程建設(shè)、能源資源、金融合規(guī)、爭議解決（訴訟/仲裁）、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、稅務(wù)規(guī)劃等領(lǐng)域。
語言能力：精通英語或所在國官方語言，具備雙語工作能力者優(yōu)先。
信譽(yù)要求：無重大執(zhí)業(yè)違規(guī)記錄，未被行業(yè)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)處罰。
二、申報(bào)需提交的材料
1.《江蘇省蘇豪控股集團(tuán)有限公司律師事務(wù)所入庫申請(qǐng)書》（見附件1）；
2.《服務(wù)承諾函》（見附件2）；
3.律師事務(wù)所簡介（基本情況、業(yè)務(wù)擅長領(lǐng)域、競爭優(yōu)勢和榮譽(yù)等）；
4.有效的律師事務(wù)所執(zhí)業(yè)證明文件復(fù)印件；
5.律所曾獲榮譽(yù)證明材料；
6.在對(duì)應(yīng)國家（地區(qū)）設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)的證明文件。
三、申報(bào)流程及時(shí)間
1.請(qǐng)參加本次申報(bào)工作的律所按照本通知第一條、第二條要求匯總申報(bào)材料（中文及英文版本），并將紙質(zhì)材料統(tǒng)一報(bào)送至控股集團(tuán)風(fēng)控法律部，地址：江蘇省南京市軟件大道21號(hào)蘇豪控股集團(tuán)北園F棟5樓風(fēng)控法律部，電子資料同步發(fā)送至郵箱：xiett@51youxue.cn。

Open Recruitment Notice for Professional Law Firms in Overseas Business Fields
To law firms,
?To further advance JIANGSU SOHO HOLDINGS GROUP’s global strategic development and enhance legal risk management capabilities for overseas operations, we hereby announce the open recruitment of professional law firms to establish an "Overseas Business Legal Services Pool". This initiative aims to provide high-quality legal support for the Group’s investments, trade activities, and project collaborations in regions including Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Oceania. Details are as follows:
I.Eligibility Criteria
1.Geographic Scope
Law firms must be legally registered and operational in the following regions:
?Asia
?Europe
?Africa
?The Americas
?Oceania
(Note: Each law firm may apply for a maximum of 5 countries (regions).)
2.Qualification Requirements
Practicing credentials:
?Minimum 5 years of establishment.
?Valid legal practicing license in the host country/region.
?Demonstrated reputation and extensive experience in international legal services.
?Must have branch offices in at least 3 countries.
?Designate a primary contact for coordination with the Group.
Specialized Fields:
Key practice areas include:
?Cross-borderinvestment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
?International trade
?Engineering and construction
?Energy and natural resources
?Financial compliance
?Dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration)
?Intellectual property
?Tax planning
Language Proficiency:
?Fluency in English or the official language of the host country.
?Bilingual capability is preferred.
Reputation:
?No record of major professional misconduct
?No penalties imposed by regulatory authorities.
